Harry helped introduce this new construction project into the local market when we opened for business four years ago. Despite the poor economy and the decline in market demand, Harry was able to achieve over 100% of our market share by the second year of opening and we continue to take market share in 2011 from our competition.

Harry was contracted last year to help with my sales and marketing since I was having declining month on month sales. Harry was successful in identifying that we needed to change our pricing strategy and also introduced a front desk sales incentive resulted in RevPaR increases of 25% year on year.

Harry has worked on the sales and marketing for the past three years. During that time, he has been successful in maintaining my market share over my comp set despite the recessionary market of reduced demand and new inventory being sold at distressed pricing levels.

Harry has been successful in repositioning my hotel to gain market share from SMERF business to offset the steep declines in corporate travel in the past two years resulting in yearend increases in top line revenue without any additional marketing funds.
